The Mexican peso briefly spiked far more than one % towards the U.S. greenback on Thursday right after Mexico’s central bank took measures to buttress its slumping forex.

“If the intervention can push the peso below 21 [to the greenback], we could see some consolidation,” Chandler reported. “If the peso can split below 20.70, it would be even far more convincing.”
