NVIDIA has taken a minority stake in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a data-center site developer founded in 2024, as part of a strategic partnership announced Friday. The chipmaker's investment aims to speed the delivery of powered, shovel-ready sites for AI factories across the United States.

Cloverleaf, backed by $300 million from Sandbrook Capital and NGP Energy Capital, specializes in securing land, power, and grid connections for hyperscale data centers. The company says it has already advanced a multi-gigawatt pipeline and delivered several GW-scale projects in North America.

What remains unproven is whether the DSX platform can meaningfully compress the multi-year utility interconnection timelines that still gate most large projects.
